If you are traveling by car, start from Haeundae Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Busan. Head north on Haeundae-ro toward Jwa-dong, then get on Donghae-daero. Continue driving for about 20 km. Follow signs for Gijang-gun and Yeonhwa-ri. Once you arrive in Yeonhwa-ri, keep an eye out for Orangdae, which is located in Gijang-eup. There is parking available near the site, but be mindful of any parking fees that might apply.

Public Transportation - Bus
For those using public transportation, start at Haeundae Beach and walk to the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 181 or 1003 towards Gijang. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Gijang-eup Bus Terminal. From there, you can either walk for about 20 minutes heading northeast or take a local taxi directly to Orangdae. Taxi rides from the Bus Terminal to Orangdae are typically inexpensive, ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 KRW.

Public Transportation - Subway and Bus
Alternatively, you can take the Busan Subway Line 2 from Haeundae Station to Seomyeon Station. At Seomyeon Station, transfer to Line 1 and head towards Gijang Station. After arriving at Gijang Station, exit and take Bus 181 towards Gijang-eup. The entire journey will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. When you get off at the Gijang-eup Bus Terminal, it’s a short walk or taxi ride to Orangdae.
