If you are driving, head towards Gijang-gun from central Busan. Use the Busan-Geoje Expressway (Route 58) and take the exit towards Gijang. Follow the signs for Yeonhwa-ri. Once you arrive in Yeonhwa-ri, look for parking options near Orangdae, which is located at approximately 35.2059864 latitude and 129.2286439 longitude. Note that parking facilities may incur a fee.
Public Transportation
To get to Orangdae using public transport, take the Busan Metro Line 2 to Jagalchi Station. From Jagalchi Station, transfer to Bus No. 181, which will take you directly to Gijang-eup. Disembark at the Yeonhwa-ri bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Orangdae. Be sure to check the bus schedule for timings, as they may vary.
