Start at Busan Station, which is accessible via multiple subway lines. Take Line 1 (the orange line) towards Nopo Station. After approximately 10 stops, get off at the Jagalchi Station. Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and take it towards Jangsan Station. After 4 stops, get off at the Dongbaek Station. Exit the station and follow the signs to the bus stop for bus 88 or 101.

From Dongbaek Station, take bus number 88 or 101, which will take you directly to the Taejongdae area. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the Taejongdae Resort Park stop. From there, it is a short walk to the observation deck. Follow the signs to the Taejongdae Observation Deck, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill.

If you prefer to walk from the bus stop, after getting off at the Taejongdae Resort Park stop, follow the paved path leading into the park. Continue following the signs for the Taejongdae Observation Deck. The path is well-marked, and you will pass through scenic areas with views of the coastline. It is a moderately steep walk, so be prepared for some elevation gain.
