From Chuncheon Station, take bus number 61 towards Hwacheon. The bus operates regularly and the journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you reach the Hwacheon bus terminal, disembark and you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Hwacheon Ice Festival site, which is located about 3 kilometers away.

From Chuncheon, take the subway to the last stop, which is Chuncheon Station. Upon exiting, head to the bus terminal adjacent to the station. Board bus number 61, which will take you directly to Hwacheon. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Hwacheon bus terminal, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Hwacheon Ice Festival, which is about a 3-kilometer distance from the terminal.
