The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Geunhwa-dong' bus stop. Once you disembark, head north on Ethiopia-gil; the Memorial Hall for Ethiopian Veterans will be on your right in about 5 minutes.

If you're already in Chuncheon city center, you can walk to the Memorial Hall. Start at Chuncheon Station, head west on Jungang-ro for about 1 km until you reach the intersection at the Grand Hotel. Turn left onto Geunhwa-dong and continue straight for approximately 1.5 km. You will see signs leading you to the Memorial Hall on your left, located at 1 Ethiopia-gil.
