From Chuncheon Station, take bus number 1 or 2 towards Hongcheon. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. You should get off at the 'Vivaldi Park' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will see the entrance to Vivaldi Park directly ahead.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Chuncheon. Simply tell the driver 'Vivaldi Park', and they will take you directly to 262 Hanchigol-gil, Seo-myeon, Hongcheon-gun. The ride should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Train and Bus
From Chuncheon Station, you can take a train to Hongcheon Station. The train ride lasts about 30 minutes. Once at Hongcheon Station, exit and catch bus number 1 or 2 towards Vivaldi Park. The bus ride will take another 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Vivaldi Park' stop.
