Subway
If you are starting from Daegu Station, take Line 1 (the orange line) towards Ansim Station. Ride for about 7 stops and get off at Seomun Market Station. Take Exit 3. After exiting, walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach the entrance of Seomun Market.
Bus
From Daegu Station, you can take bus number 349 or 401. Board the bus at the Daegu Station bus stop. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Seomun Market stop. Once you get off, you will see the market entrance just a short walk away.
Walking
If you are near Dongseongno Street, you can walk to Seomun Market. Head northwest on Dongseongno Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Keunjang-ro. Turn left onto Keunjang-ro and walk for about 600 meters. Seomun Market will be on your right.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Seomun Market' (서문시장). Most drivers are familiar with the location. The ride from most central locations in Daegu should take no more than 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
