Start your journey at Daejeon Station (대전역). Take Line 1 (the blue line) towards the Banseok Station (반석역) direction. Ride for about 10 stops until you reach the city center station, Daejeon Government Complex Station (대전정부청사역).

Once you arrive at Daejeon Government Complex Station, exit the station and head to the bus stop located outside. Look for Bus Number 707 or 720, which both head towards Gyejoksan. Board the bus and stay on for about 15-20 minutes, getting off at the Gyejoksan Entrance stop (계족산 입구).

After disembarking at the Gyejoksan Entrance stop, you'll see signs directing you towards the hiking trails. Follow the pathway leading towards Gyejoksan. The trail is well-marked and should lead you directly to the entrance of the mountain area, where you can enjoy the scenic views and hiking opportunities.
