If you're driving from the center of Gangneung, head east on Gyeongpo-ro. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with 경포해변 Road. Turn right, and you'll see signs directing you to the beach. Parking is available near the beach, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee, typically around 2,000 KRW per hour.

From Gangneung Bus Terminal, take bus number 202 or 203 heading towards 경포대 (Gyeongpo Pavilion). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 경포해변 (Gyeongpo Beach) stop. The bus fare is around 1,300 KRW. From the bus stop, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to reach the beach.
