From Gwangju city center, head to the Gwangju Bus Terminal located at 919, Sangmu-dong, Seo-gu. Purchase a ticket to Damyang. Buses to Damyang run frequently throughout the day. The travel time is about 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at Damyang Bus Terminal, you can take a taxi or local bus to the Korea Bamboo Museum located at 35 Jukhyangmunhwa-ro, Damyang-eup. The taxi ride will take approximately 15 minutes.

If you prefer a more direct route and convenience, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Gwangju to the Korea Bamboo Museum. Simply tell the driver the address: 35 Jukhyangmunhwa-ro, Damyang-eup, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Take the KTX train from Gwangju Songjeong Station to Jeongeup Station. From Jeongeup Station, take a taxi or a local bus to Damyang.
