Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. Use a navigation system and enter the address: 301 Imchobamangol-ro, Sang-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. From Seoul, take the Dongbu Expressway (Route 50) towards the east and then merge onto the Yeongdong Expressway (Route 6) towards Gangwon-do. Take the exit for Gapyeong and continue on local roads to reach the zoo. Parking is available on-site but may incur a small fee.

• Public Transportation - Train & Bus

  To reach The Zoo of Morning Calm via public transportation, start by taking a train from Seoul Station or Cheongnyangni Station to Cheongpyeong Station on the Gyeongchun Line. The train ride takes about an hour. Once you arrive at Cheongpyeong Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop outside. Take Bus No. 1 or Bus No. 33, which will take you directly to The Zoo of Morning Calm. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as service may vary.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from your location in Gyeonggi Province. Simply provide the driver with the address: 301 Imchobamangol-ro, Sang-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. This option is convenient but may be more costly, depending on the distance. Expect to pay a higher fare if you are coming from further away in the province.
