Car

If you're driving, set your GPS to '661 Sanseong-ri, Namhansanseong-myeon, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do'. From central Seoul, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) toward the south. After about 20 kilometers, take the exit for the Seongnam-Ilwon IC and continue on the road until you reach the Namhansanseong area. Follow the signs for Namhansanseong North Gate. There is parking available near the gate, but there may be a parking fee of approximately 1,000 KRW per hour.
Public Transportation

To reach Namhansanseong North Gate by public transport, take the subway to 'Gwangju' Station on Line 1. From the station, exit and find the bus stop for Bus No. 1003. Board the bus and ride for about 20 minutes until you reach 'Namhansanseong Entrance' bus stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the North Gate, following the signs. The bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW.
Combination of Public Transport and Walking

If you're staying in a nearby area, you can take a local bus to 'Gwangju' and then transfer to a taxi. Take a taxi directly to 'Namhansanseong North Gate' for a fare of around 5,000-7,000 KRW depending on traffic.
