To reach the Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs by bus, find a nearby bus stop and take bus number 3412 or 143. These buses will take you to the nearest stop, 'Seolleung Royal Tombs', which is just a short walk from the entrance. After getting off, walk towards Seolleung-ro 100-gil, and you will find the tombs.

If you prefer to take a taxi, simply find a taxi stand or hail a taxi from the street. Show the driver the address '1 Seolleung-ro 100-gil, Gangnam District, Seoul' or mention 'Seolleung Royal Tombs'. The driver will take you directly to the entrance.
