From Gyeongju city center, head to the Gyeongju Bus Terminal. You can take local buses that head towards Seokguram Grotto. The bus number 10 or 11 will take you there directly. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to get off at the Seokguram Grotto stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading you to the entrance of the grotto which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.

If you prefer a faster and more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Gyeongju. Simply tell the driver 'Seokguram Grotto' (석굴암) or show them the address: 238 Seokgul-ro, Gyeongju-si. The drive will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are widely available and can be hailed from the street or ordered through a ride-hailing app.

For the adventurous, you can walk from the Gyeongju National Museum area towards Seokguram Grotto. Head east on Dongbu-ro, then turn left onto Beomeosa-ro. This route is about 10 kilometers and can take around 2 to 3 hours depending on your pace. Keep in mind that the path includes some steep sections as you approach the grotto, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
