From the Jeju City Hall Bus Terminal, take Bus 701. The bus will take you towards Seogwipo. Stay on the bus for about 1 hour. Get off at the 'Goseongri' bus stop. Once you get off, walk straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Gwangchigi Beach. You will see signs along the way directing you to the beach.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City. Simply tell the driver 'Gwangchigi Beach' or show them the address: 224-33 Goseong-ri, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si. The ride will take about 40 minutes depending on traffic.
