If you're driving to Seongsan Ilchulbong Marine Provincial Park, start from Jeju City. Take Route 1135 south towards Seogwipo. Follow the signs for Seongsan Ilchulbong (성산일출봉) for approximately 45 minutes. The park's entrance is located at 78 Seongsan-ri, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee of around 2,000 KRW for a day.

From Jeju City, head to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. Take the bus number 701, 702, or 710 towards Seogwipo. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Request to get off at the Seongsan Ilchulbong stop, which is a short walk from the entrance of the park. The bus fare is approximately 3,000 KRW.
