From Jeju City Hall, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 100 or 200 heading towards Halla Arboretum. The journey should take about 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach 'Sumogwon-gil'. After getting off the bus, walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Halla Arboretum on your right.
