If you're driving, start from Jeju City. Head south on the 1132 road towards Jeju-si. Continue straight for about 10 km until you reach the intersection with Gwandeok-ro. Turn left onto Gwandeok-ro, and after about 1 km, you will see Gwandeokjeong on your right. There is parking available near the site. Be aware that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Jeju City Hall, take Bus 100 or Bus 200. Both buses run frequently and will take you to the Gwandeokjeong stop. The ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk about 5 minutes along Gwandeok-ro, and you will find Gwandeokjeong. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW.

You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City to Gwandeokjeong. Simply tell the driver 'Gwandeokjeong' (관덕정). The taxi ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare is estimated to be around 8,000-10,000 KRW.

If you are staying in the central part of Jeju City, Gwandeokjeong is approximately 2 km away. You can enjoy a pleasant walk by heading south on the main road, and following signs towards Gwandeok-ro. The walk should take about 25-30 minutes.
