From Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 100 or 200. These buses frequently run and will take you towards the city center. Alight at the stop named 'Jeju City Hall' (제주시청). From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Gwandeokjeong. Head southwest on Gwandeok-ro until you reach your destination at 19 Gwandeok-ro.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City. Simply tell the driver 'Gwandeokjeong' (관덕정), and they will take you directly to 19 Gwandeok-ro. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are staying in the vicinity of Jeju City Hall or nearby areas, you can walk to Gwandeokjeong. Start from Jeju City Hall, and head south on Gwandeok-ro. Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers. Gwandeokjeong will be on your left, and you will recognize it by its traditional architecture and beautiful surrounding park.
