From the center of Jeonju Hanok Village, head southeast towards Jeonju Hyanggyo (Jeonju Confucian School). Walk along the main road until you reach the intersection with Gwonsamdeuk-ro. Turn right onto Gwonsamdeuk-ro and continue straight. Deokjin Park will be on your left after approximately 1.5 km. It should take about 20-25 minutes to walk.

From Jeonju Hanok Village, walk to the nearest bus stop (Hanok Village Bus Stop). Take bus number 15 or 23, which frequently runs to Deokjin Park. The bus ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Deokjin Park stop. The fare for the bus is around 1,200 KRW, which can be paid in cash or with a transportation card.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Jeonju Hanok Village. Show the driver the address: '390 Gwonsamdeuk-ro, Deokjin-dong 1(il)-ga, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si'. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost approximately 3,000-5,000 KRW.
