Walking
From Jeonju Hanok Village, head south towards Jeonju Traditional Culture Center. Continue straight until you reach Jeonju City Hall. Once you arrive at City Hall, turn left onto Deokjin-dong 1(il)-ga. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters. Jogyeongdan will be on your right side at 산28 Deokjin-dong 1(il)-ga, Deokjin-gu.

From Jeonju Hanok Village, walk to the nearest bus stop at Jeonju Traditional Culture Center. Take bus number 3 or 5 towards Deokjin-gu. Get off at the Deokjin Park stop. From there, walk about 400 meters straight down the road. You will find Jogyeongdan on your left at 산28 Deokjin-dong 1(il)-ga, Deokjin-gu.
