From Jeonju Hanok Village, walk to the nearest bus stop at Jeonju Hanok Village Entrance. Take bus number 119 or 120. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the Deokjin Park (덕진공원) bus stop. After getting off, walk towards Deokjin Park. You will see a sign for the 이팝나무 철길 (Ipapnamu Cheolgil) within the park area. Follow the path leading into the park, and you will arrive at the 철길.
