From Omokdae and Imokdae, head south towards the main road (Dongseohak-dong). Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road. At this intersection, turn left and walk another 300 meters. Cheongyeollu will be on your left at 940-2 Dongseohak-dong.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Omokdae and Imokdae. Head south on Dongseohak-dong, which is a bike-friendly road. After about 500 meters, turn left at the main intersection and continue for another 300 meters. Cheongyeollu will be on your left at 940-2 Dongseohak-dong. Ensure to wear a helmet and follow local biking rules.

Public Transport (Bus)
Walk to the nearest bus stop from Omokdae and Imokdae, which should be about a 10-minute walk. Take Bus No. 5 or 6, and ride for about 5 stops (approximately 10 minutes). Get off at Dongseohak-dong and walk approximately 200 meters back towards the direction of the bus. Cheongyeollu will be on your right at 940-2 Dongseohak-dong. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW.
