From Omokdae, walk towards the main road, Girin-daero. As you approach the road, you will see a small path leading down from the hill. Follow this path, and you will reach the entrance to Jeonju Hanok Village in about 10-15 minutes. The entrance is marked, and you can see traditional hanok houses from this point.

If you prefer to take the bus, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Girin-daero. Look for Bus No. 5 or No. 7, which will take you directly to Jeonju Hanok Village. The bus ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 KRW. Make sure to have some coins or a transport card ready for the payment.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Omokdae to Jeonju Hanok Village. Simply hail a taxi and mention 'Jeonju Hanok Maeul' (Jeonju Hanok Village) to the driver. The distance is short, so the fare should be around 3,000 to 5,000 KRW depending on traffic.
