From Pungnammun Gate, head south on Chunggyeong-ro. Walk straight for about 500 meters. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the Jeonju Hanok Village signs. Continue until you reach the intersection with the main road, and then turn left. After about 100 meters, you will see Jeonju Pungpaejigwan on your right at 59 Chunggyeong-ro, Wansan-gu.

From Pungnammun Gate, walk to the nearest bus stop (Pungnammun Station). Take Bus No. 2 or No. 11. The fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops, then get off at the Chunggyeong-ro bus stop. From there, it's a 2-minute walk to Jeonju Pungpaejigwan, located at 59 Chunggyeong-ro.
