Car
If you are driving to 칠선폭포, set your GPS to the coordinates 35.3568517, 127.7059407. From the main entrance of Jirisan National Park, head southeast on National Route 19. Follow the road for approximately 20 km until you reach the junction with Macheon-myeon. Turn left onto Macheon-myeon Road and continue for about 5 km. You will see signs for 칠선폭포 indicating the right turn. After turning, follow the narrow road for another 2 km until you reach the parking area near the waterfall. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 1,000 to 2,000 KRW.

To reach 칠선폭포 via public transportation, take a bus from Jinju or Gurye to Hamyang-gun. Upon arrival in Hamyang, transfer to a local bus heading towards Macheon-myeon. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to 칠선폭포, which is usually marked with signs. From the bus stop, it’s a short 15-minute walk to the waterfall. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary, and have some cash (around 2,000 KRW for the bus fare) ready for the local transport.
