Getting There

Car
If you are driving, head towards Jirisan National Park from your starting point. Once you reach the entrance of Jirisan National Park, follow the signs directing you to the Jirisan Jwasa Visitor Center. From the visitor center, continue on the road towards Jwasa-ri, Sandong-myeon. After approximately 10 km, you will see signs for Jungbong. Park your car at the designated parking area near the trailhead.

Public Transportation
To reach Jungbong using public transportation, take a bus from Gurye Bus Terminal to the Jirisan Jwasa Bus Stop. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance. Once you arrive at the Jwasa Bus Stop, you will need to walk approximately 2 km to reach the trailhead for Jungbong. Follow the road signs towards Jwasa-ri, and you will see the path leading to Jungbong.
