If you are driving to Nolumog, from the Jirisan National Park Visitor Center, head southwest on the main road (Route 19) towards Namwon. Follow Route 19 for approximately 18 km until you reach Sannae-myeon. Turn onto the road leading to Buun-ri and continue for about 5 km. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Nolumog, which will be on your right. The last stretch of the road may be narrow, so drive carefully.
