Getting There

  • Car

    From Muju Ski Resort, head southwest on the main road (National Route 19). Follow the signs for Deogyusan National Park. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. As you approach the park, look for the entrance sign on your right. There is a parking fee of approximately 3,000 KRW. After parking, follow the signs to the hiking trails leading to Deogyusan.

    From Muju Ski Resort, walk to the nearest bus stop. Take the local bus (Bus No. 100) heading towards Deogyusan National Park. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip. The fare is approximately 2,000 KRW. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to walk a short distance to the hiking trailhead.
