If you are driving to Cheongpungsa, start by heading to the nearest major city, such as Cheongju or Daejeon. From Cheongju, take the Route 1 highway towards Gongju. After approximately 20 km, take the exit for Geumsan and follow the signs for Buri-myeon. The destination will be on Mugeum-ro. Parking is available near the site.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Cheongpungsa by bus, first head to Cheongju Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Geumsan. The trip will take about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Geumsan, transfer to a local bus or taxi that goes to Buri-myeon. Inform the driver you want to go to Cheongpungsa, which is located on Mugeum-ro. The cost for the bus ride from Cheongju to Geumsan is approximately 5,000 KRW.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
If you prefer to travel by train, take a KTX or Mugunghwa train to Gongju Station from Seoul or Daejeon. Upon arrival, exit the station and catch a local bus to Geumsan. The bus will take you to Geumsan, where you can transfer to another local bus or taxi to reach Buri-myeon and Cheongpungsa. The train ticket may cost between 20,000 to 40,000 KRW depending on your class of service, and the bus fare from Gongju to Geumsan is about 2,000 KRW.
