Car
From Muju Ski Resort, head southeast on the local road towards National Route 19. Follow National Route 19 for approximately 23 km. When you reach the intersection near Jangsu, turn left onto National Route 26. Continue for about 30 km until you reach Seongju-gun. From Seongju, follow the signs towards Gayasan National Park. The park's entrance is located at 17 Gayasansingmurwon-gil, Suryun-myeon. Note that parking fees may apply at the park entrance.

Public Transportation
First, take a bus from Muju Ski Resort to Muju Intercity Bus Terminal. Buses run frequently, and the fare is typically around 1,500 KRW. Once at the terminal, catch an intercity bus to Seongju. This journey takes about 1 hour, and the fare is approximately 5,000 KRW. After arriving at Seongju, you can take a local bus or taxi to Gayasan National Park, which is about 15 km from the bus terminal. Local buses to the park may not run frequently, so checking the schedule in advance is advisable. Expect to pay around 2,000 KRW for the local bus fare.
