From the main entrance of Naejangsan National Park, head towards the park's main road (Naejangsan-ro). Follow the signs to Gochang-gun and continue driving for approximately 30 minutes. After reaching Gochang-gun, look for the signs leading to Sillim-myeon. Turn onto Sillim-myeon road and continue for about 20 minutes. You will enter Oehwa-ri, where you can find Hyogamcheon. There is parking available near the site.

From Naejangsan National Park, take a local bus heading towards Gochang-gun. The bus ride will take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Gochang-gun, transfer to a smaller bus or taxi heading to Sillim-myeon. The journey will take another 20 minutes. Request the driver to drop you off at Oehwa-ri, where Hyogamcheon is located. Be prepared to pay for both bus fares, which may total around 5,000 KRW.
