If you're traveling by car, start by heading south on the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) from anywhere in North Chungcheong Province. Follow signs for Yeoju. Take the Yeoju exit and continue on Route 37 towards Hwanghaksan. After about 10 minutes, turn onto Hwanghaksansumogwon-gil, and you will see signs for the Yeoju Hwanghaksan Arboretum. Parking is available on-site.

For public transportation, take a train or bus to Yeoju from your location in North Chungcheong Province. If you choose the train, board a train headed to Yeoju Station. From Yeoju Station, you can take bus number 1 or 2 towards Hwanghaksan. Alternatively, you can use a taxi from the station to the arboretum. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes and will cost around 5,000-8,000 KRW.
