Car
From central North Chungcheong Province, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) heading towards Seoul. After approximately 60 km, take the exit toward Dongil-ro (Route 47) toward Gapyeong. Continue on Route 47 for about 15 km. Follow the signs for Garden of Morning Calm, which will direct you to Sumogwon-ro. The garden will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee.

Public Transportation
From any location in North Chungcheong Province, take a train to Cheongnyangni Station in Seoul using the KTX or ITX train service. From Cheongnyangni Station, transfer to the ITX train heading towards Gapyeong Station. Once you arrive at Gapyeong Station, exit the station and take bus number 31-1 or 33, which will take you directly to the Garden of Morning Calm. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 KRW.
