If you're traveling by car, start from the main area of Pyeongchang Ski Resorts. Head east on the 6 Highway (also known as the Gangwon-do Expressway) towards Jeongseon. After about 25 km, take the exit towards Jeongseon-eup. Continue on Byeongbangchi-gil for approximately 2 km, and you will find the Ari Hills Resort Skywalk Observatory on your right. Parking is available at the resort, and there might be a parking fee, so be prepared for that.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a bus from Pyeongchang to Jeongseon. Look for the bus terminal in Pyeongchang and take a bus that is heading to Jeongseon. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Jeongseon, you will need to take a local taxi to reach Ari Hills Resort Skywalk Observatory. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately 15,000 to 20,000 KRW. Make sure to mention the address '225 Byeongbangchi-gil, Jeongseon-eup' to the driver.
