Car
If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Pyeongchang Ski Resorts and head southeast on the local roads towards the town of Jeongseon. Follow signs for the 6 highway (National Route 6) and merge onto it. Continue on 6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Jeongseon-eup. Look for Byeongbangchi-gil and turn onto that road. The observation deck is located at the end of Byeongbangchi-gil. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a small fee depending on the season.

Public Transportation
To reach Byeongbangchi 东山天空步道 by public transportation, first take a bus from Pyeongchang Ski Resorts to Jeongseon. You can catch a bus at the main transport hub in Pyeongchang; the journey will take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Jeongseon, transfer to a local bus heading to Byeongbangchi-gil. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary, especially during off-peak seasons. The bus will drop you off near the observation deck, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
