Getting There

Subway
If you are near a subway station, take Line 3 (the Olive Line) towards Daehwa Station. Get off at Anguk Station (Exit 1). From the exit, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Yulgok-ro, and you will see Changdeokgung Palace on your right after about 200 meters.

Find a bus stop nearby and take Bus No. 109 or 171. Get off at the 'Changdeokgung Palace' stop. After getting off, walk towards Yulgok-ro; the entrance to Changdeokgung will be directly in front of you.

Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Seoul. Just tell the driver 'Changdeokgung' or show them the address: 99 Yulgok-ro, Jongno District. The taxi fare should be reasonable, and it will take you directly to the palace entrance.

If you are already in the Jongno District, you can simply walk to Changdeokgung Palace. Look for Yulgok-ro street and head towards the address 99 Yulgok-ro. The palace entrance will be visible as you approach.
