If you are near a subway station, take Line 3 (the Orange Line) and get off at Anguk Station. Use Exit 6. Once you exit the station, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach Insadong-gil. Turn left onto Insadong-gil and continue walking for another 200 meters. Museum Kimchikan will be on your right at 35-4 Insadong-gil.

Find a nearby bus stop and take Bus 109, 151, or 6011. Get off at the 'Insadong' bus stop. After disembarking, head east along Insadong-gil for about 100 meters. Museum Kimchikan will be on your left at 35-4 Insadong-gil.

If you are in the vicinity of Gyeongbokgung Palace, you can walk to Museum Kimchikan. Head south from the palace, following the street for about 600 meters. At the intersection with Insadong-gil, turn right and walk for about 250 meters. The museum will be on your right at 35-4 Insadong-gil.

If you prefer taking a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Insadong' or 'Museum Kimchikan, 35-4 Insadong-gil'. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right in front of the museum.
