At Gyeongbokgung Station, transfer to Line 3 (the orange line) and head towards Daehwa. Get off at Jeongbalsan Station (6 stops). From Jeongbalsan Station, you can take a taxi to Sansawon, which is about a 20-minute ride.

    From Dongdaemun Design Plaza, take bus number 1112 towards Pocheon and get off at Hwahyeon-ri (about a 1-hour ride). Once you get off the bus, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Sansawon. Follow the signs to Hwahyeon-ri village, and you will reach your destination.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Seoul. Just tell the driver 'Sansawon in Pocheon-si' (산사원, 포천시) or show them the address: 512 Hwahyeon-ri, Hwahyeon-myeon, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.
