Getting There

Subway

If you are near a subway station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) and head towards the City Hall Station (시청역). Once you arrive at City Hall Station, take Exit 2. After exiting, you will find yourself facing Deoksugung Palace directly across the street. It’s a short walk, just cross the road to reach the palace entrance.
Bus

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch Bus 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, or 10 from various locations around Seoul. Make sure to get off at the 'Deoksugung Palace' bus stop (덕수궁앞) which is located right outside the palace. After getting off the bus, you’ll see the palace entrance just a short walk away.

If you are already in the vicinity of the palace, you can walk there. Deoksugung Palace is located at 99 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul.
