If you're driving, take the Gyeongju-Hadong Expressway (Expressway 10) from any location in South Gyeongsang Province. Follow the signs towards Hadong. Once you reach Hadong, take the exit towards Hwagae-myeon. After exiting, continue on the road until you reach Ssanggyesa-gil. Follow the signs for Ssanggyesa Temple. The temple is located at 59 Ssanggyesa-gil, Hwagae-myeon, Hadong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. There is parking available near the temple.

To reach Ssanggyesa Temple by public transportation, take the bus from Jinju Bus Terminal to Hadong Bus Terminal. Buses run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Hadong Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading to Hwagae-myeon. The buses usually have signs indicating their route. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the stop for Ssanggyesa Temple, or look for signs indicating the stop. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop.
