If you're driving, head towards Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do. Use a GPS or map application and input '1-110 Daeui-dong 2(i)-ga, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do'. The peak is located approximately 15 kilometers from Mokpo city center, which should take around 25 minutes by car. Once you arrive, you can park at designated areas nearby the entrance to Nojeokbong Peak.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Mokpo Intercity Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading to Nojeokbong Peak. Buses to the peak run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The fare is around 1,200 KRW. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Nojeokbong Peak, and the bus will drop you off near the entrance.

Walking
Once you arrive at the bus stop for Nojeokbong Peak, you will have to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the main entrance of the peak. Follow the signs that lead you towards the peak and enjoy the scenic route. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
