From Suncheon Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located just beside the station. Look for Bus Number 311 or 313, which goes to Damyang. Make sure to check the bus schedule as the buses may run every 30 to 60 minutes. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Damyang bus terminal, exit the bus and walk to the nearby bus stop, where you can catch a local bus or a taxi to Soswaewon Garden.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Suncheon. Simply find a taxi at the Suncheon Station taxi stand. Tell the driver 'Soswaewon Garden in Damyang' (you may show them the address: 17 Soswaewon-gil, Gasamunhak-myeon, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do). The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Suncheon. You can rent a bike at various rental shops around the city center. From Suncheon, head northwest towards Damyang. Follow the cycling paths along the river and through scenic areas, which will eventually lead you to Damyang. The ride may take around 1.5 to 2 hours, so be prepared for a bit of exercise and enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way.
