If you are driving, start by entering the Gwangju area from the main highways connecting South Jeolla Province. Use a GPS navigation system and input the address '27-6 Yangchon-gil, Nam-gu, Gwangju'. Upon arriving in Gwangju, follow local signs to Nam-gu. Once in Nam-gu, navigate to Yangchon-gil where the museum is located. Parking is available near the museum, but it’s advisable to check for any parking fees that may apply.

For those using public transportation, take a bus heading towards Gwangju from your location in South Jeolla Province. Major bus terminals will have routes to Gwangju. Once you arrive at Gwangju Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and take local bus number 518 or 74, which travels towards Nam-gu. Disembark at the stop nearest to Yangchon-gil. From there, it is a short walk to the Han Hee Won Art Museum. Be sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary.

If you prefer the subway, take a train to Gwangju Subway Station. From there, transfer to Line 1 and travel towards the Sangmu Station. At Sangmu Station, switch to Line 2 and head towards the Gwangju National Museum Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and take a local taxi to reach Han Hee Won Art Museum. The taxi fare should be approximately 5,000 KRW, depending on traffic.
