Bus
From Ulsan City Hall, walk to the Ulsan Bus Terminal which is about a 10-minute walk. Once there, purchase a ticket to Gyeongju, which should cost around 5,000 KRW. Take a bus to Gyeongju and it will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk to the bus stop outside. Take Bus 100 or 200 towards Bunhwangsa Temple. Get off at Bunhwangsa Temple Station, and the temple is just a short walk from the bus stop.

From Ulsan Station, take a train to Gyeongju Station. This journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gyeongju Station, exit the station and look for the local bus stop. Take Bus 100 or 200 towards Bunhwangsa Temple. Get off at Bunhwangsa Temple Station, and the temple is located a short distance from the bus stop.

Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from your location in Ulsan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Bunhwangsa Temple (분황사). The drive takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare should be around 20,000 KRW. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the temple.
