    Getting There

    Subway

    From Ulsan, make your way to Ulsan Station. Take Line 1 of the subway towards Busan. After approximately 50 minutes, get off at the final stop, Busan Station. From Busan Station, transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and head towards Jangsan Station. Get off at the Gwangan Station (5 stops from Busan Station). Exit the station and head towards the beach by following the signs. Gwangalli Beach will be a short 10-minute walk straight ahead.

    Bus

    From Ulsan, head to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. Look for a bus heading to Busan (Busan Nopo Terminal is a common destination). The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Busan Nopo Terminal, transfer to Bus No. 1003, which will take you directly to Gwangalli Beach. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Gwangalli Beach stop and walk straight toward the beach.

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Ulsan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Gwangalli Beach in Busan. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. Make sure to have the address ready: 219 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan.
