    Bus

    If you are in central Ulsan, head to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. From there, take a bus heading towards Yangsan. Look for buses that display 'Yangsan' on the front. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Yangsan Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and look for local buses or taxis that can take you to Tongdosa Temple. You can take bus number 11 or 12 from the bus stop directly outside the terminal, which will take you to a stop near the temple. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes.

    Taxi

    You can also take a taxi from any location in Ulsan directly to Tongdosa Temple. Simply tell the driver 'Tongdosa 사원' or show them the address: '108 Tongdosa-ro, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do'. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to have cash or a credit card ready for payment.

    Subway and Bus

    From the Ulsan Subway Station, take Line 1 towards the direction of the Ulsan Grand Park. Get off at the last station, then transfer to a local bus that goes to Yangsan. You can catch bus number 11 or 12 from the bus stop outside the subway station. This option may take around 1 hour in total depending on waiting times for transfers.
