From the bus stop, walk south on Byeongyeong 12-gil for about 200 meters. The Dr. Choi Hyeonbae Oesol Birthplace Memorial will be on your left, at number 15.

Take the Ulsan Subway Line 1 to the Mugeo Station (무거역). Exit the station and head towards the nearest bus stop. Catch Bus 108 or Bus 107 from there. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at Byeongyeong 12-gil (병영12길) stop. Walk south on Byeongyeong 12-gil for about 200 meters to reach the memorial, which will be on your left.

If you prefer a direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Ulsan. Just tell the driver to go to 'Byeongyeong 12-gil, 15 외솔최현배선생기념관.' It should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are already in the Jung-gu area, you can walk to the memorial. Start from Ulsan Culture and Arts Center, head east along the main road until you reach Byeongyeong 12-gil. Turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. The memorial will be on your right at number 15.
