If you're near Ulsan Station, take Line 1 of the Ulsan Subway towards Taehwagang Station. Disembark at the Jangsaengpo Station (3 stops). From Jangsaengpo Station, exit the station and head southwest on Jungang-ro. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach Ulsan Metropolitan City Hall located at 201 Jungang-ro, Nam-gu.
