If you are traveling by car from the Yeongnam Region, head south on the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) towards Mokpo. Take the exit towards Mokpo and merge onto the Namhae Expressway (Route 2). Continue until you reach Mokpo. Once in Mokpo, follow the signs to Jukgyo-dong. The Mokpo Skywalk is located at 465-151 Jukgyo-dong, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do. There is free parking available near the Skywalk.

To reach Mokpo Skywalk via public transportation, you can take an express bus from various cities in the Yeongnam Region (e.g., Daegu or Ulsan) to Mokpo. Check the local bus schedules for express services. Once you arrive at Mokpo Bus Terminal, you can take a local bus (Bus No. 12 or 13) towards Jukgyo-dong. Get off at the stop closest to Mokpo Skywalk (the stop is usually named 'Mokpo Skywalk'). The bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW.

If you prefer to travel by train, take a KTX (Korea Train Express) from Daegu or Ulsan to Mokpo Station. Once you arrive at Mokpo Station, you can take a taxi directly to Mokpo Skywalk, which should cost around 10,000 KRW. Alternatively, you can take local Bus No. 12 or 13 from the train station to reach the Skywalk.
